The YLL (YGL) series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation vertical coal-fired boiler. The heating surface of this series of boiler body has a compact structure. The heating surface is composed of inner and outer close-packed circular coils. The inner coil is a radiant heating surface. The outer coil and the outer surface of the inner coil form a convection heating surface. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, which are assembled on site. After the fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber, after the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After exiting the boiler, the air required by the boiler is heated in the air preheater, and then the dust collector The induced draft fan sends the flue gas to the chimney and discharges it into the atmosphere.
Easy installation, as long as the upper body and the lower combustion chamber are closed, the installation cycle is short.
The heating surface adopts close-packed coiled tubes. The heating surface is adequately arranged to reduce the heat load on the surface of the tube and make the use of heat transfer oil safer.
The medium flow is reasonable. The heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.
The fuel is adiabatically combusted in the combustion chamber, which makes it easier for the fuel to catch fire and burns more fully, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
The top of the boiler is equipped with close-packed coils, which can better protect the top of the boiler and avoid the phenomenon of the top burnout.
